The Minister of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dubravka Bošnjak, met with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) delegation, headed by the IMF Mission Chief in BiH, Alina Iancu, and the Resident Representative in BiH, Andreas Tudyk.
The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss the outcomes of the recently held Annual Meeting of the IMF in Morocco, with a particular focus on how Bosnia and Herzegovina was represented at this important event.
Discussions also revolved around the progress report of Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding its European Union membership, as well as the implementation of economic reform programs aimed at strengthening the country's financial stability. Minister Bošnjak emphasized the importance of consistently implementing reforms to enhance economic prospects and ensure long-term sustainability.
IMF representatives expressed support for Bosnia and Herzegovina in achieving key objectives and affirmed their commitment to providing technical support for fiscal reforms.
Minister Bošnjak thanked the IMF representatives for their support and expressed confidence in the continuation of successful collaboration contributing to the strengthening of economic stability and sustainable development in the country.
