As part of efforts aimed at improving higher education in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Minister of Civil Affairs Dubravka Bošnjak held a meeting with the Minister for Scientific Research and Higher Education of Republika Srpska, Željko Budimir.

They discussed key topics in higher education in BiH, the implementation of European standards and guidelines in education, as well as projects in the field of higher education and scientific research.

The conversation emphasized the importance of aligning the higher education system in Bosnia and Herzegovina with European standards to ensure that graduates are competitive in the European and global job markets. Minister Bošnjak highlighted that alignment with European guidelines is crucial for achieving long-term goals.

They also discussed projects in the field of higher education and scientific research that will contribute to the development of knowledge and innovation in BiH.

Minister Bošnjak and Minister Budimir expressed their commitment to strengthening cooperation among institutions responsible for higher education at all levels of government to ensure that Bosnia and Herzegovina progresses in the field of higher education, following the best practices and standards in Europe.
